GANGSTAS UNIT?

G-Unit's punchline king, Lloyd Banks, was arrested in Ontario, Canada during the early morning hours of Saturday (Jan. 9), after he and three associates reportedly assaulted a promoter over money.
According to MTV, the rapper (real name: Christopher Lloyd) and his crew got into a dispute with a promoter -- whose name has not been released -- at a local hotel over payment for a performance and appearance fee.
The promoter alleges that on early Saturday morning, Banks and three others -- Nicklas Sloane, Shawn McGee, and Tyrell Cooper -- held him in his hotel room against his will, assaulted and robbed him, following a performance at Club NV in nearby Blandford later Friday.
All four men were arrested, and charged with forceful confinement, aggravated assault and robbery.
They made a court appearance on Sunday afternoon (Jan. 10), via video, and are due back in court sometime this week.
At press time, the four men remained in police custody.
