MICHAEL JACKSON TO APPEAR AT THE GRAMMY AWARDS

On a video screen, of course. Yesterday, the producer of the Grammys announced that the show, set to air Jan. 31, will feature a never-before-seen 3-D video featuring more of the King of Pop’s practice sessions for his 2009 London performances that never took place because of his death last year. Though some of the clip will feature material that was previously shown during the ’09 Jackson documentary This Is It, the majority of it will feature a 3-D video that MJ shot for “Earth Song,” a track off his 1995 album, HIStory. The show will also feature tributes to Jackson performed by Celine Dion, Smokey Robinson, Jennifer Hudson, Usher and more. If you’re going to the Grammys this year, 3-D glasses will be distributed at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. But if you’re not, head to your local Target where you can pick up a pair for free.
